Description:
You have a 400sf room with individual AC unit and refrigerator, separate entrance and own bathroom down hall. You need to have a driver's license or able to get one, organized, clean, tolerant. Some companionship for the old lady (82), some caregiving of DDD adult (5ft tall/80 pounds) who does not walk or care for self, light cleaning and cooking, and your choice of things to help with that need to be done on the 2+ acre property with 2 houses. Husband is building a sports court, tiny house, pool, and more. We are hoping to have a non-profit to invite elderly, DDD and other groups for a daylong program out of the city. Your rent, utilities and use of car are provided, and some stipend is possible.

General Conditions:

80-160 Hours per month
Pets: cats daily, cats & dogs & horses when needed
Driver´s licence is not required

Help needed with:

  1. Household chores, Pets
  2. Bearing company (companionship , storytelling )
  3. Small repairs, gardening
Remarks:
We are building a team to work together and run the property, hopefully as a non-profit relaxing/rejuvenating experience for all kinds of people. We need a teammate who is committed to a group goal, and willing to float as necessary. We have a small gated compound with many possibilities!
